Terms

Effective August 19, 2026

1. Who we are

Communiq Network is operated by Communiq Network MB, company code 307939093, registered at Žaliųjų Ežerų g. 13-65, LT-08407 Vilnius, Lithuania. Registered address: Žaliųjų Ežerų g. 13-65, LT-08407 Vilnius, Lithuania.

2. What the service is

Communiq Network provides registration, independent verification, controlled disclosure, payment collection and an evidence record for B2B introductions. Users bring their own opportunity and counterparty. Communiq Network does not source deals, does not act as a broker, agent, notary or escrow agent, and is not a party to any agreement concluded between introduced parties.

3. Verification scope

Verification confirms that the introducer's identity was checked, that the underlying information and documentation were supplied, and that the preview is reasonably consistent with the submitted information. Commercial quality, profitability, suitability and future transaction performance are not assessed.

4. Provider obligations

The provider confirms that it is entitled to disclose the protected information, including any information relating to another person such as a counterparty representative or business contact, that the information is accurate and not misleading, and that its disclosure does not breach any confidentiality, data-protection, professional or contractual obligation. The provider is responsible for having a lawful basis or other legal authority for submitting such information to Communiq Network.

Personal data submitted to or generated by the platform is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Records relating to a completed introduction, including evidence records, may need to be retained after an account is closed where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or claim-defence purposes.

5. Payment and disclosure

The counterparty pays the introduction fee plus the Communiq Network protection fee before the protected information is released. Because disclosure is immediate and irreversible, the fee is non-refundable once the protected information has been revealed, except where the protected information materially differs from the verified preview or where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Use of revealed information

The revealed information is provided for the recipient's own commercial evaluation. It may not be resold, republished or redistributed. The parties are free to work directly with each other afterwards; Communiq Network claims no commission on the underlying trade.

7. Evidence record

Communiq Network records registration, verification status, terms version, acceptance, payment, disclosure and timestamps, and issues a Evidence Record. The certificate is a record of platform events. It is not a notarial act and does not certify the commercial substance of the relationship.

8. Transaction disputes and refunds

Communiq Network does not operate a self-service refund or dispute system. A party wishing to dispute a transaction must write to support@communiqnetwork.com and include the deal reference, the transaction reference where available, and a description of the issue. Communiq Network may request further information.

Disputes are reviewed manually. Submitting a dispute does not itself guarantee a refund, a reversal or any particular outcome, and Communiq Network does not act as an escrow agent, arbitrator, court or financial institution. Separately from this process, card and payment-provider disputes (chargebacks) remain subject to the rules and timelines of the payment provider and the card networks.

Protected information that has already been disclosed cannot technically be un-revealed. Historical transaction and evidence records are not automatically erased because a transaction is disputed or refunded; later outcomes are appended to the record instead. Any refund or payment reversal is handled in accordance with these Terms, payment-provider rules and applicable law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Communiq Network's aggregate liability in connection with an introduction is limited to the protection fee received for that introduction. Communiq Network is not liable for the conduct, solvency or performance of introduced parties.

10. Governing jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Questions: support@communiqnetwork.com.
