Valuable information becomes difficult to protect the moment it is disclosed.

In many B2B transactions, one party controls information the other party values — a supplier, buyer, commercial contact, opportunity, document or dataset.

The provider may need to disclose that information to prove its value, while the counterparty may be unwilling to pay without knowing that the information is legitimate or who stands behind it. Communiq Network creates an independent protected process between those two positions.

    Provider identity or business details and the submitted protected information are subject to basic verification checks, establishing accountability and confirming the subject matter exists.

    Preview

    The counterparty sees enough non-sensitive information to understand what is offered, without exposing the protected identity or information.

    Accept

    The applicable terms of the protected transaction are explicitly reviewed and accepted.

  4. 04

    Pay

    The agreed access or introduction fee is paid through the controlled process.

  5. 05

    Reveal

    Only after payment is confirmed is the protected identity, contact, document or information disclosed.

    Evidence

    Communiq Network records the material events of the transaction and generates an Evidence Record.

Sensitive information remains protected until the agreed terms are accepted and payment is confirmed — reducing circumvention risk for the provider while giving the counterparty a structured and independently recorded process for purchasing access. After disclosure, the parties deal directly; Communiq Network does not participate in their subsequent commercial relationship.

Before payment, Communiq Network performs or coordinates basic checks intended to confirm that the protected subject matter exists, is reasonably consistent with the preview, and that the relevant provider has passed applicable identity or business verification requirements. You receive a controlled process rather than an anonymous exchange.

Communiq Network does not certify commercial quality, profitability, suitability, honesty of future conduct or transaction success. Verification concerns identity and accountability where applicable, and the existence and reasonable consistency of the submitted information.

Providers may be required to complete identity or business verification before receiving payments through Communiq Network. Verification is performed through specialised third-party verification infrastructure, and status can be displayed without exposing underlying identity documents to the counterparty.

Communiq Network Evidence Record

Every protected deal produces an independent record: parties and attribution, verification status, public preview, protected information hash, applicable terms and version, acceptance, amount paid, payment, reveal and integrity information.

Accountability does not disappear after reveal. If a serious dispute or suspected fraud arises, these records — together with verified identity information held by the relevant verification infrastructure and subject to applicable law — may support lawful dispute-resolution, legal or recovery processes.
